Being responsible with daily accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, stocks, investments, fixed assets etc;
Generating and checking trial balances;
Preparing half and year-end balance sheet;
Preparing monthly statements for the Romanian Authorities;
Participating at the monthly closing process;
Drawing-up reports for management: balance sheet, cash flow, profit & loss;
Ensuring the compliance of invoices received from suppliers with signed contracts;
Importing sales related data into the accounting system and correlating the information;
Verifying the correct application of the local civil law and fiscal regulatory requirements.
For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the area of sports equipment production, we are looking for a Senior Accountant for a determined period – one year, with the possibility to continue the collaboration after this period.
Requirements:
Previous experience of at least 3 years in accounting field (retail area would be an advantage);
Good English knowledge;
Very good computer skills (MS Office);
Sociable, flexible and open minded.
