Ensuring timely and accurate all legal and management documents and reporting
Support implementation and on-going smooth operation of the SAP in all departments of the company
Support General Manager in planning, forecasting and budgeting process
Monitor results vs. budgets, tracking of KPI's
Control the cash flow of the company
Prepare payments and submit then for payment approval
Responsible for credit control , payments documents tracking (cheques) and on time submission of those to the bank
Implement controlling tools of the company
Perform month end close activities, including journal entry preparation and entries
Prepare month end account reconciliations
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reporting to management, including Gross Margin & Category Control reports
Maintenance of Fixed Assets
Responsible to prepare and submit the EIS and Flash monthly intercompany reports
Assist and support the year end audit
Participate in ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
Responsible to coordinate the 3rd party accounting company
Responsible to prepare and submit all the international financial report accurately and on time
Very good SAP knowledges;
Advanced english command;
Previous experience in accounting group reporting
