Our client is an international company activating in the area of world class cinemas. For their new office in Bucharest, we are searching for a Senior Accountant.
Responsibilities:
Being responsible for the entire accounting evidence;
Bookkeeping of fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable and performing other specific operations;
Administrating the leasing process;
Generating and checking trial balances;
Preparing half and year-end balance sheet;
Preparing monthly statements for the Romanian Authorities;
Drawing-up reports to management for balance sheet, cash flow, profit & loss;
Verifying the correct application of the local civil law and fiscal regulatory requirements;
Being in charge with other accounting or financial situations at the management request.
University graduate (Economics);
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting;
Knowledge of accounting closing procedures, local accounting requirements, financial statements;
Good knowledge of fiscal legislation;
Computer skills (MS Excel, accounting software);
Fluent in English;
Problem-solver, organized, with very good interpersonal skills.
