- Produce and monitor the local Accounting and Tax compliance
- Coordination or preparation of the accounting and financial activity
- Preparation of trial balances
- Financing and issuing cash calls according to the budget approved by the Romania Country Manager and the abroad Headquarters
- Regularly monitor budget implementation and presentation, budget monitoring and schedule of funds expenditures
- Keeping regular contact with the Director regarding the financial issues
- Monitoring of cash-flow budget, participation in the accounting planning
- Providing regular reports to the management of the company, to the based mother company when requested
- Participation in the company audit and other financial controls when requested (twice year)
- Advising on procedures to implement for a good follow up the local reporting and anticipating accounting issues
- Management of everyday questions of the financial activities of the Company
- Perform other accounting tasks-related duties as requested by the Management
- University graduate and other relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, CECCAR, etc.);
- Fluent in English/French;
- Minimum 5 years experience in accounting field.
