RESPONSABILITATI

1) Technical and specialist knowledge

- Review of reports – management and statutory reports;
- Client liaison
- Relationship with state authorities
- Preparing correspondence that is not standard or regular

2) Communication
- Communicates with team members, clients and colleagues through written, verbal and non-verbal communication and actively listens to, understands and constructively questions others;
- Is able to manage teams of junior accountants/accountants and provide permanently feedback on their work.

3) Teamwork: Contributes (personally and by managing junior staff) to the team to enable objectives and deadlines to be met;

4) Compliance

- Works in compliance with all company’s procedures and related standards of work (check up lists for every info/report);
- Meets all deadlines without being asked;
- Manages relationship with clients and relevant bodies;

5) Planning
- Ensures appropriate staff allocation (spare capacity has to be communicated to other client team members);
- Setting realistic deadlines for self and junior staff, specially by aiding them in planning and prioritising their work and ensuring that all relevant resources are being used;

6) Innovation
-Uses technical and industry knowledge to spot and suggest ideas to team by:
-making full use of prior experience;
-tailoring existing solutions to meet different needs.

7) Networking: Develops an internal and external network

7) Training others
- Ensures appropriate training for staff under supervision;
- Performs regular tests to ensure that the staff under supervision understand the tasks allocated;
- Organise with other seniors and supervisors training courses for junior staff.


CERINTE

- University degree (Economics, preferably Accounting);
- Over 3 yrs experience in accounting;
- Over 3 yrs experience in management;
- Good knowledge of English – written and verbal;
- Good level of computer literacy in PC applications;
- Good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards, IAS, US or UK GAAP
- Is able to adapt to change, to remain focused and to deliver results;
- Is able to work on a certain number of clients in the same time, organise and prioritises the work of their team;
