We, the Fine Consulting Group with its headquarters in Switzerland, are a fast growing company with 45 employees, which provides Business, Finance, Tax, and Audit Advisory Services mainly for foreign investors from Austria, Switzerland, and Germany. The Tax Advisory part is collaborating with a leading Austrian Tax and Audit Firm.
The fulfillment of the following tasks for the clients of the company:
- Bookkeeping of all accounting documents;
- Daily operating with the cashbox;
- Preparing the payrolls and the monthly statements for the Romanian Authorities;
- Calculating all the taxes;
- Generating and checking of the trial balances;
- Preparing the annual Balance Sheets;
- Representing clients in the relationship with the Romanian Fiscal Authorities;
- Preparing all bank documents – payment orders, on-line banking and executing bank operations;
- Providing reports on accounting issues upon the client’s request.
- University degree in economics;
- Working experience: 3 - 5 years experience in accounting;
- Organized person with his/her own task and with the other departments;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of accounting and fiscal legislation;
- Experience in executing bank operations;
- Customer service orientation;
- Organized and pro-active attitude;
- Very good knowledge of English and/or German language;
- PC skills: Good computer skills (Excel, accounting software)
