Job Function:
1. Review of reports management and statutory reports
? Responsible for the review of reports and statistics and other financial results for allocated companies.
? Formulate and administer approved accounting practices and ensure all tax calculations comply with local regulations.
2. Review of standard/regular correspondence with clients.
? Review the daily correspondence with clients on accounting issues, tax issues, missing documents.
? Inform the clients about changes in legislation.
3. Client liaison
? Maintain the daily contact with clients on day to day operations and issues.
? Ensure that the client is informed about any potential tax consequences in due time.
? Assist clients in making relevant business decisions if the companys support is required.
4. Liasing with state authorities.
? Liaise with state authorities on any tax issues, such as tax audits, VAT reimbursements, etc.
5. Preparing correspondence that is not standard or regular
? Prepare correspondence on non-standard issues, such as correspondence on unusual tax issues.
6. Coordinates the activity of accountants and junior accountants for which he/she is responsible.
? Responsible for reviewing and controlling several financial functions for allocated companies.
? Provide on the job training, assistance, review and appraise accountants and junior accountants.
? Act as overall co-ordinator on all finance matters for allocated companies.
? Work independently in all financial matters related to allocated clients, co-operate with others according to the needs of the accounting department.
? Ensure that the reporting deadlines are met.
? Ensure the proper management of cash and bank accounts.
? Ensure the proper management of payables and receivables.
? Ensure all deadlines and budgets are met.
? Be proactive and use initiative to clarify issues, identify savings and efficiency for clients.
