The fulfillment of the following tasks for the clients of the company:
- Bookkeeping of all accounting documents;
- Daily operating with the cashbox;
- Preparing the payrolls and the monthly statements for the Romanian Authorities;
- Calculating all the taxes;
- Generating and checking of the trial balances;
- Preparing the annual Balance Sheets;
- Representing clients in the relationship with the Romanian Fiscal Authorities;
- Preparing all bank documents – payment orders, on-line banking and executing bank operations;
- Providing reports on accounting issues upon the client s request.
- University degree in economics;
- Working experience: 3 - 5 years experience in accounting;
- Organized person with his/her own task and with the other departments;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of accounting and fiscal legislation;
- Experience in executing bank operations;
- Customer service orientation;
- Organized and pro-active attitude;
- Very good knowledge of English and/or German language;
- PC skills: Good computer skills (Excel, accounting software)
