1. To supervise the implementation of all accounting business process AP/AR/GL/FA/CST in subsidiary field.
2. To make improvement and coordinate with other departments for the local accounting and tax compliance
3. To communicate with SSC(Internal Accounting Service Share Center) , and confirm the quality for local accounting books.
4. To calculate/prepare/submit all external fiscal reports/declarations/financial statements, including all taxes .
5. To do financial and Tax Data Analysis reports according to group rules.
6. To be the main interface with Fiscal Administration Authorities.
7. To supervise the outsourcing company finishing their accounting job exactly.
8. To give necessary guidance to AP/AR accountants and cashier.
- minimum 5 years working experience
- be familiar with ERP
- mature, stable, result oriented, honest and active person with open mind
- oral and written English to a very good standard
- good computer skills (Word, Excel)
- multinational accounting work experience would be an advantage
- familiar with IAS would be an advantage
