Full Accounting evidence of the company
Produce and monitor the local Accounting and Tax compliance
Preparation of trial balances
Ensures an orderly and timely preparation of the financial statements including auditable balance sheet,profit and loss account,all additional annual financial statements,notes and related documents in compliance with legal and internal directives
Preparation of tax related reports and declaration's (VAT,Budget taxes,etc )
Preparation of company consolidation package
Ensures the transmission of complete and clear information necessary to Finance &Controlling Management
Correct assigment of relevant bookings to cost centers for all the project
Meets the closing deadlines established by the authorized institutions and the group
Degree in Business Administration/Economics
Romanian professional accounting qualification (expert Accountant-CECCAR-qualification)-would be a plus
Work experience in Accounting for at least 5 years
Good knowledge of procedures and accounting principles
Knowledge of applicable fiscal rules and regulations
