Job Description:
- Responsible for all corporate accounts, including hands-on accounting: Purchase ledger, Sales ledger, General ledger, Fixed Asset
- Compiling statutory accounts ready for local authorities
- Preparing all necessary local tax declaration
- Co-ordination of payroll maintaining with corporate HR and local external company
- Produce management information according to Group requirements and schedule
- Dealing with cash collection
- Management of the licensing & maintenance calculation and billing process to the customer
- Assist in compiling forecasts and yearly budget
- Operate electronic banking systems – prepare payments
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters relating to company business
- Safeguard compliance with company policies and procedures
- Taking care of additional administrative / office tasks and controls
Job requirements:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance;
- more than 2 years of experience in finance as independent accountant;
- work experience with an ERP software;
- advanced English knowledge (both verbal and written), the knowledge of Hungarian or Polish represents an advantage.
