-Reviewing the financial statements and P&L account
-Preparing the monthly management reports, different for all the businesses according to US GAAP
-Preparing the Stat to GAAP differences and provides explanations
-Monthly reviewing the accounts and approving the accounts
-Ensuring the proper management of all the transactions in compliance with local regulations
-Coordinates the activity of accountants
-Act as overall co-coordinator on all finance matters
-Liaising with state authorities, bank
-ACCA certification
-Good knowledge of IFRS, IAS and US GAAP
-Experience in a similar position minim 3 years
-Good managerial experience
-Good communication skills
