Reports to: Chief Accountant
Job scope:
- Booking of domestic/foreign supplier invoices
Job responsibilities:
-Analysis of the invoices and other accounting documents for compliance with legal requirements and accuracy;
-Booking of invoices from suppliers of services;
-Support and challenge the operational departments to comply with the internal deadlines;
-Reconciliation of the accounting records with the information received from operational departments;
-Preparation of the fiscal statements due for income tax, VAT and local tax.
Working experience: 2 - 3 years experience in accounting;
Skills & Competencies:
-Organized person with his/her own task and with the other departments;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills;
-Knowledge of accounting and fiscal legislation;
-Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
-Good analytical skills.
Education: University degree – Economics
PC skills: Good computer skills (Excel, accounting software, SAP is a plus)
Languages: English – medium level
