QUALIA is recruiting SENIOR ACCOUNTANT for one of it’s clients – a financial company that provides a wide range of services to a substantial and diversified clients. The main activity is providing full accounting services, full analytic accounting tasks and professional assistance regarding accounting management.
The successful candidates will be required to perform the following responsibilities:
- Compiles financial information and participates in the preparation of reports;
- Preparing the accounting and financial reports generated by the client companies on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with the Romanian accounting standards;
- Ensure compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements;
- Keeps up-to-date with laws and regulations that apply to a particular field of professional know-how to maintain up-to-date compliance;
- Accountable for maintaining an efficient document flow;
- Maintains direct contact with clients; Provides advice and support to clients in meeting their requirements;
- Uses software applications in order to manipulate, format data and reports.
Suitable candidates should possess all of the following skills and expertise:
- University degree, preferably in Finance
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an accountant
- Experience in preparing, reviewing and submitting of financial and tax reports
- Very good knowledge of legislation;
- Self-driven, well-organized;
- Fluent English obligatory;
- PC literate =MS Office, browsing, e-mail and experience with Accountancy software.
Financial package is based on skills and previous experience and will be negotiated during the interview with our client.
