Being responsible for accounting evidence;
Providing regular verification / reconciliation of the transitory accounts;
Preparing monthly statements for the Romanian Authorities;
Organizing the annual inventory conducted in cooperation with all departments;
Preparing half and year-end balance sheet;
Offering support to the junior staff;
Providing support during internal and external audits regarding the Company's financial statements (statutory, IFRS and group).
For one of our clients, an international leader in the betting sector, we are looking for a Senior Accountant.
University degree (economics);
Over 3 years of experience in a similar position
CECCAR certification is a must and CIMA and ACCA certification would be an advantage;
Knowledge of accounting closing procedures, local accounting requirements, financial statements;
Good knowledge of fiscal legislation;
Computer skills (MS Excel, accounting software);
Good command of English;
Problem-solver, organized, interpersonal skills.
