RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the sale of the product portfolio;
Responsibility for developing and implementing of business strategy;
Active search and acquisition of new customers (focus on large clients and employers)
Account management;
Coordinating activities and managing the sales team;
Responsibility for sales results, budget and reporting;
Management and organization of business activities;
Coordination of marketing activities;
Coordination of projects, analysis of business activities ‘development and design recommendations.


CERINTE

Requirements:

University education (Master degree) is advantage;
Work experience in business management position at least three years;
Excellent English skills;
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
Proactive access to clients;
Ability to lead and motivate people;
Ability to handle stress or any pressure situation that may arise;
High degree of flexibility;
Be dynamic, with a ‘hands on’ approach.
