RESPONSABILITATI

- The SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER will be involved in key business decisions and will actively participate in or lead strategic processes across the business. He/she will really drive the risk/opportunity management and support an aggressive but controlled growth strategy;
- Member of the Management Board, ensure the execution of the agreed strategy;
- Manage the integration and development of a recently merged company, from financial processes side. Support Management Board in the overall integration process;
- Coordinate and supervise the activity of the financial department in terms of accounting, budget planning, control costs, tax issues, payroll and audit activities of the organization;
- Set up and implement internal reporting tools, supervise statutory and consolidated accounts, manage the budget process and supervise financial analyses and reports at Group level;
- Develop and coordinate Business Analyses department;
- Participate in elaborating and developing the business and financial strategy of the company;
- Configure finance function to reflect business needs.
- Develop financial information systems to facilitate management decision-making;
- Manage financial and accounting system controls and standards ensuring timely financial and statistical reports for management use;
- Report promptly and accurately financial results and key performance indicators;
- Ensure authority is sought before expenditure is committed outside the delegated authority granted by the Group.


CERINTE

- Experience – significant professional management experience – at least 5 years of financial management experience;
- Studies: bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting
- Understanding of key business process and business environment;
- Knowledge of financial modeling and business plans preparation;
- Good knowledge of cash flow and budget analysis;
- Possess broad knowledge of internal control systems, internal organizational structures, financial analysis of corporate performance;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate financial concepts to people of all levels;
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing financial related recommendations and solutions;
- Demonstrates ability to lead negotiations in major transactions;
- English proficiency.
