- Be an excellent communicator, effective in presenting both creative ideas and media plans;
- Have proven leadership skills;
- Have proven experience with full range marketing and strategic planning;
- Have solid knowledge of the local advertising and media market;
- Have solid knowledge of marketing and advertising.
