• To identify, develop and sell technical solutions in the area of technology solutions, with customers from various sectors (Public, Banking, Utilities,etc).
• Proactively identify ways of supporting clients in developing suitable technical solutions.
• Develop and keep customer contact of existing accounts (installed base); Maintaining and building proper customer relationship at all levels, manage in a proper manner all stake-holders around the business opportunities.
• Acquisition of new strategic and/or large accounts
• Strategic sales planning based on customer and verticals, execute and implement the approved strategies and plans within assigned territory and verticals;
• Business forecasts
• Engaging in managing a team including pre-sales consultants, service and implementation etc. through-out the sales cycle.
• Pricing strategy
• Offering process
• Bid & tender management
• Ensuring smooth hand-over of implemented solution and prompt invoicing.
• Project realization responsibility; Project-and customer related risk management
• Responsible for order intake, turnover, sales contribution and contribution margin
• Integrating business solutions with partner’s solutions; Partnership negotiations
• To participate in marketing activities, technical presentations, workshops, conferences, etc
• Presentations to senior management at board level.
• Reporting to the management on a timely basis
-University degree
- Minimum 4 years sales/account management experience involving large projects.
- Proven sales success, client management and service delivery experience.
- Proven experience in handling multi-site, multinational and public sector clients.
-Understanding of sales process (consultative selling), methods and profitability plus excellent skills in managing stakeholders, good negotiation skills.
- Understanding of company products and services, its competition and differentiators
- Team-player leadership skills and a professional attitude to clients and colleagues.
- Experience with working with audience at various level of decision making.
- Ability to deliver in tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel.
-Fluent in English and another language will be a plus.
