Today’s business world is fast paced. KPMG’s Advisory services through the Transaction Services Team is supporting clients with merger and acquisitions advice and due diligence.
- Have a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Economics with focus on accounting, part or completed ACCA is a plus
- Have at least 2-3 years professional experience as an auditor or Transaction Services specialist
- Have knowledge of the Romanian Accounting Standards, (International Financial Reporting Standards knowledge would be considered a plus) Willingness to assume various tasks for the benefit of his/her team and clients
- Ability to produce quality work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Have excellent written and spoken English and Romanian; other European languages will be considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a professional environment and with a strong team work spirit
