Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, C&B, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
At least 5 years HR working experience in a corporate HR environment is a must.
A background of experience within the IT or Telecommunications or MNCs environment would be preferable. .
Ability to work independently and fluency in spoken and written English and Romanian.
To be able to work under pressure and keen to meet deadlines.
Fully conversant and good knowledge of Human Resources Management including performance management, appraisal and training. Corporate compensation and benefits, recruitment with the ability to adhere and localize company policies and procedures. Complete knowledge of the local Labor Law.
