The SEM Specialist is responsible for all aspects paid search campaign management; keyword research, implementation, testing, bid management, monitoring, tracking and reporting. The right candidate will work with clients, internal and external teams. Plus, the candidate must be able to communicate SEM best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing strategic SEM plans
* Managing all aspects of PPC campaigns on the major search engines including ad creation and optimization
* Build keyword list and ad texts
* Report, monitor, track and analyze ROI(s) and KPI(s) using custom bid management tools
* Responsible for all phases of campaign management, from set-up to reporting
* Perform competitive analysis to stay one step ahead of the competition
* Generate reports for management
* Contributes to the overall development and success of the Web team
* Strong background in managing paid search campaigns
* PPC / AdWords experience required
* E-commerce experience in regards to generating revenue through content required
* Web Analytics tools experience required
* Multivariate or AB (split) testing experience required
* Web content management tools experience required
* Good English skills are required
* Understanding of Internet technology
* Ability to translate analysis into useful managerial reports
* Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently
* Good multi-tasking abilities
* Strong initiative
