RESPONSABILITATI

This position can be based in several SEE countries
The SEE Presales Manager leads the development and delivery of an industry and/or product focused presales capability, ensuring that this matches current and future demand, providing the licence sales with the appropriate presales support through the sales cycle. SEE Presales Managers is responsible for all the presales teams in the SEE countries.

SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and present value propositions that exploit Oracle Applications¿ total product offerings and solutions capability in different industries
- Good understanding of business flows and issues in at least 2 solution areas (Customer Relation Management, Human Capital management, Supply Chain Management, Financials, Manufacturing)
- Contributing to the development of the country/regional Business Plan
- Driving the implementation of the sales consulting activities as part of the Business Plan
- Actively researching and promoting within the sales consulting team, market and competitive knowledge
- Acting as a Sales Consultant, where appropriate, on specific opportunities
- Actively take role in building the solution and the proposal
- Working with Applications Sales Managers to understand, qualify and develop new and existing opportunities
- Allocating resources from the sales consulting team and, where necessary, the broader sales consulting community
- Work with regional product management team for the localization, translation activities within the country/cluster cooperating with partners, consulting or the presales team
- Provide effective performance management: set SMART goals for all direct reports; provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year
- Support, coach and mentor individuals in achievement of their development needs, both business and personal
- Recruiting and developing the sales consulting team members to meet the resource requirements
- Managing competencies of the team to anticipate and meet demand. Providing skills development and training to provide these competencies


CERINTE

- University graduate with 3-5 years relevant industry or implementation experience

- ERP experience (Oracle E-Business Suite is preferred)

- At least 4 years experience in Sales/Presales

- Knowledge of business processes

- Innovative, flexible and confident

- Team play with excellent management skills

- Presentation Skills

- Willing to Travel

- Fluent in English
