Job scope
Ensure the security and safety of all Danone Romania people, assets and products.
Responsibilities:
Corporate security
- Ensure the relation with the collaborator security company, supervising all outsourced personnel
- Coordinate the security management system (master key, electronic and physical access control, CCTV)
- Regularly visit the Danone Romania platforms in order to verify the implementation of the security procedures
- Monitor the movement of all people in and out of the plant
Emergency situations
- Ensure the excellent maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and fire alarm systems within the plant, offices and warehouses
- Create emergency situations action plans (procedures, instructions etc.)
- Provide training for reaction in emergency situations to all employees and outsourced personnel
- Participate in Crisis Team Meetings, Security, Health & Safety Committee
- Constantly ensures the on-call system
Other security management responsibilities
- Administer the security budget
- Nurture a security culture within the company
- Provide security induction for all new employees
- Ensure timely submission of security incident reports for all security incidents
- Maintain the relation with military authorities
- Conduct security investigations for any aspect related to company security
- A minimum of 3 years similar experience in security management
- University degree in a police or military profile institution
- Very good knowledge of security management policies and procedures
- Capacity of people coordination
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient way

- Availability for night and weekend field visits
- Driving license - B category
