Our client is a multinational Company, providing a country wide support and service network, with a full chain of IT Services from a single source, covering everything from consulting and system integration through the management of IT infrastructures. The portfolio of services and solutions includes: business process optimization, planning and implementation of innovative business solutions, INTEGRATION of new IT processes into the existing system environment, infrastructure services including maintenance, user support, hotline operation and innovative maintenance models, operational services and application management, selective and full IT services.
Role – Security Expert – responsible for:
• Monitoring and supervising of the company critical and security relevant processes and systems for Malware blocking;
• Operating in the IT security field, execution and control of IT security services: Antivirus, Antispam, E-mail security, Intrusion detection;
• Analyzing and troubleshooting of incidents in the operational area;
• Emergency and escalation controlling within the team;
• Support to the Virus Competence Center team members during the concept and implementation phase of customer projects;
• Coordination of resources within the team;
• Technical coaching function for the team (out of own experience);
• 2nd level support for our national and international IT departments;
• Contact to product manufacturers and attending to product presentations and fairs;
• Working on/collaborating in project business regarding design & integration of security solutions at our customers
Person spec. – higher weighting more important
• 10 – + 3 of relevant experience in pojects and leadership experience
• 10 – Bachelors Degree in a technical study
• 10 – Advanced knowledge of Antivirus, Antispam and Email security
• 10 – Very good knowledge of Ms Server
• 9 – Good knowledge of Unix / Linux
• 9 – Programming / scripting knowledge
