RESPONSABILITATI

1.Custody activity

- Safekeeping of assets both on behalf of the customers and on behalf of the bank;
- Responsible for settlement of transactions on behalf of the customers and/or in behalf of the bank;

2.Depository activity
- Daily calculation of Net Asset Value for investment companies;
- Daily/weekly reporting to of NAV to the National Securities Commissions;

3.Settlements and Register keeping for corporate and government securities
- Responsible for keeping Register on government securities market;
- Reconciliation of Register with the processing systems and other independent sources;

4.Other duties
- Responsible for reporting and information transfers; - Ensures daily settlements for brokers on B.S.E.;
- Follows-up the customers’ and Custody F/O queries;
- Responsible for reconciling positions.


CERINTE

- University degree - preferably in Economics;
- Min 2 years of banking / capital market experience;
- Very good PC skills (MS Office);
- Good command of English (speaking, reading and writing).
