-Verifies the completeness and correctness of the documentation in the credit file, as well as the correctness of the information (electronic versus printed data);
-Informs in time the sales force in case of incomplete/incorrect documentation/data;
-Corrects data in the electronic application, based on supporting documents in the file, when possible and in accordance with the internal procedures;
-Analyzes the client credit worthiness, making correlations between different available data and documents;
-Performs the credit controls, according to procedures
-Verifies the collateral acceptance criteria;
-Approves/rejects applications, based on compliance/non-compliance with internal policy and procedures and in accordance with the results of the credit-controls performed;
-Issues the loan and mortgage agreements, as well as other complementary contracts and documents necessary for concluding the loan disbursement and instruct correspondingly the disbursement and collateral booking, if case.
-University level (preferably economics;
-Minimum 1 year of banking in retail lending area;
-Very well organized;
-Fast-learner;
-Self-discipline;
-Attention to details.
