RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a multinational company, well-known producer of whitegoods. They are now looking to hire a young, dynamic and motivated person on a Secretary position, available at the moment with their offices in Bucharest.

The Secretary is accountable for:

- Taking and redirecting phone calls
- Receiving and distributing internally correspondence and faxes
- Updating various internal databases
- Keeping track of the conference room bookings
- Preparing general documentation and correspondence
- Making travel arrangements
- Perfoming any other administrative support tasks, as required.


CERINTE

Suitable candidates shall possess:

- Previous experience in a similar position of min. 6 months
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- English knowledge - advanced level (writing & speaking)
- Communication skills
- Customer focus
- Team spirit & enthusiasm.

Please note that all applicants, including students, should be available for working full-time shifts.
