Main Tasks:

- Provides administrative support and performs different secretarial tasks;
- Receives phone calls, delivers messages;
- Receives, sorts and delivers mails and faxes;
- Keeps, archives and updates general interest documents.
- Keeps contact with suppliers and service providers;
- Makes reservations properly and in due time and organizes travel arrangements;
- Takes care of the protocol service;


CERINTE

- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar position.
- Advanced knowledge of English language (speaking and writing).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to manage multiple tasks.
- Well-organized and very implicated person.
- Excellent communication skills.
