RESPONSABILITATI

- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, provide general information
- Maintain a good informational system
- Perform a variety of routine typing assignments as appropriate to the position
- Operate a personal computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials
- Establish, maintain and update files, records or other documents
- Assist office staff with various administrative matters


CERINTE

- University graduate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent knowledge and experience of PC windows applications, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Be a quick learner, flexible, responsible, well organised, proactive and open minded
