RESPONSABILITATI

- Handle correspondence such as incoming mail, faxes and e-mail messages
- Answer phones, take messages and manage requests
- Composes and types routine correspondence
- Ensure the office supplies
- Organize files, documents and other important information in the office
- Arrange for airline tickets, hotel rooms.
- Organizes the agenda for the General Manager and Vice President
- Schedules the appointments
- Client receptions and protocol activities


CERINTE

- Relevant experience of at least 2 years in a same position;
- Proficiency in English and good PC skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet, Outlook)
- Very good organizational skills, proactive attitude, excellent communication abilities, used to work under pressure
- Professional telephone manner
- Honest, hard-working, self-confident and friendly personality
- High level of diplomacy and ability to deal with diverse personalities
