RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a multinational company, activating in the field of software development. They are now looking to hire a young, dynamic and motivated person on a Secretary position, available at the moment with their offices in Bucharest.

The Secretary is accountable for:

- Receiving and distributing internally the correspondence and faxes
- Managing and filling the official documents of the company
- Translating documents (Ro-En and En-Ro)
- Making internal and external travel arrangements
- Elaborating different reports as requested by the Management
- Primary accountancy operations
- Perfoming any other administrative support tasks, as required.


CERINTE

Suitable candidates shall possess:

- Previous experience in a similar position of min. 6 months
- University degree
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- English knowledge - advanced level (writing & speaking)
- Communication skills
- Dynamic and organised person, responsible, discreet, polite and punctual.

Please note that all applicants, including students, should be available for working full-time shifts.
