RESPONSABILITATI

-Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations;
-Receive and distribute incoming mail;
-Receive and screen communications, including telephone calls, fax and e-mail messages;
-Coordinate the protocol activities;


CERINTE

-High school graduated or university degree
-Good command of English
-Good PC skills (MS Office, internet user)
-Flexible and proactive person with very good communication skills
-1 year experience on a similar position will be an advantage
-Ability of synthesis and analysis the information
-Very well organised person
-Attention for details
