MyMETRO is the CMS platform of Metro. It can be considered also a bundle of business processes, integrated within a landscape of Metro applications involving cross-platform knowledge and experience.
As a support activity you will be involved in:
-Analyzing and solving tickets according to SLA and priority.
-Solving synchronization defects between the different applications.
-Performing specific country back-end configurations.
Good experience with SQL and PL/SQL
Good Analytical skills
Good Communication skills
Good command of English
Structured way of thinking and searching for solutions
Ability to understand complex processes
Knowledge of web applications
Reliability and willingness to improve
Self-organized and responsible
Experience with CMS Pirobase and/or CMS Sitecore would be a plus
