- Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO) Specialist The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be working in our Web Development Department, and will be responsible for optimizing numerous web sites for Search Engines and maximizing conversions. This position requires at least 1 year of web/internet experience and a proven record of website optimization.

- Search Engine spider behavior
- Understanding CMS pages, dynamic or database driven content and knowledge of Pay per click and pay for placement techniques
- Motivated to research and keep up with ever-changing Search Engine standards
- Ability to write keyword rich text and persuasive marketing text
- Ability to analyze web pages for HTML errors, web site usability
- HTML Code, Meta Tags, Title Tags, Key Words
- Working knowledge of tools such as Word Tracker, HTML validators, keyword analyzers
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
- Independent, motivated, and self-managed
- Ability to handle a fast paced changing work environment and heavy client load.
- Exceptional grammar and vocabulary skills. Applicants should provide URLS of websites that they were involved in developing/ marketing, and an outline of responsibilities during the project.
- Perform technical site analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis.
- Optimize various site elements, including site structure, link popularity and copywriting.
- Develop ongoing customer reports, which yield qualitative and quantitative trends for ongoing SEO projects.
- Ability to quickly and clearly examine algorithmic best practices, opportunities and solutions that are applicable to a site property.
- Stay current with industry best practices and search engine technologies.
