-Create, implement, manage, track and analyze of paid search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.);
-Responsible with the day-to-day search engine marketing activities, like: search engine optimization, paid placement, paid inclusion, pay per click ad management;
-Track trends in site traffic and analyses causes of changes;
-Responsible with keyword research and development, competitive analysis and industry benchmarking, backend coding optimization, website submissions and results reporting for allocated projects;
-Evaluate and optimize keywords used in search queries bringing visitors to targeted sites, quantify the potential traffic from each keyword and report campaign performance to management team;
-Identify opportunities for improve the traffic from search engines;
-Increase client's website visibility to search engines for those important keywords and phrases that are relevant to our clients business;
- At least 1 year work experience in SEO/SEM field;
-University degree,
-Relevant work experience with Search Engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etarget);
-Fluency in Romanian and English;
-Excellent communication and presentation skills;
-Self-confident, persuasive and activity-oriented person with creative and analytical skills;
-Strongly motivated to get results in open and fluid situations;
-Interested to understand consumers lifestyle and insight;
-Resist to pressure, takes duties and dead lines seriously;
-Willing to handle projects individually and also to work efficient as a member of a team;
