- Manages inventory and handling gear
- Advises and guides clients
- Schedules everyday receipt and shipping operations
- Analyses the feasibility of a transport operation
- Organizes transport under pre-established agreements (reservations, pick-up, deliveries, etc.)
- Drafts and manages transport documents
- Draws up invoices
- Manages relations with suppliers and/or service providers
- Processes and monitors clients requests and claims
- Verifies completion of corrective actions carried out in perimeter of activity
- Processes and manages receiving and shipping disputes related to flows that are currently being processed
- At least 2 years experience in similar position transport field within a multinational forwarding company
- Good knowledge of sea transport market
- Flexibility, open-minded, initiative and problem solving orientation;
- Good knowledge of English language, French is a plus
- Very good computer skills (MS Office)
