- Mainly an operational role
- Review all systems within sphere of operation & improve
- Some sales calls will be required(as decided by the GM)
- First class customer service skills
- Excellent communicator at all levels, both orally and written
- Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
- Pro-active and able to identify areas of improvement or concern and to make recommendations and implement solutions
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, commercial & shipping industry.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation
- Understanding of warehousing and distribution
- Commercial awareness
