Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining trusted-advisor relationships with key client stakeholders;
Collaborating with client stakeholders to assess and develop “as-is” and “to-be” Supply Chain processes, encompassing process, organization and technology, and based on industry best practices;
Tailoring strategy and architecting solutions that fit client needs and providing positive ROI substantiated by a client-specific business case;
Applying advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues;
Working on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors;
Leading and/or providing expertise to functional deal pursuit teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives;
Guiding others in the design, development and implementation of new supply chain business processes or design and implementation of improvements to existing processes;
Guiding team through problem definition, issue identification and work plan development;
Identifying value creation opportunities for a project and guiding financial assessment to validate alternatives;
Leading a team in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of application software to meet business requirements;
Leading a team in the application of communication and ownership of theories, concepts and tools to create employee awareness, understanding, buy-in, and commitment for change initiatives;
Being responsible for design, development and technical quality of enterprise solutions that involve one or several technologies and subsystems and have a significant business impact on the customer;
Providing tactical technical solutions and support for high-level corporate strategies;
Performing technical or project leadership functions within a team;
Establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and externally;
Designing and implementing processes and/or systems that help set up the supply chain function to partner with the business and support the operationalization of its strategies;
Researching and collecting supply chain best practices;
Participating in solution definition sessions and providing major input;
Defining supply chain strategies, conceptual designs, detailed designs and implementation plans.
University degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant major;
At least 4 years experience/exposure to industry and business processes;
At least 3 years Process/Module or IT experience related to SAP (preferably mySAP ERP 200x and/or SAP NetWeaver or Basis including Performance-, Upgrade- and Migration activities);
SAP solution consulting and implementation experience;
Pre-sales experience is considered an advantage;
Experience in Business Process Analysis and Design;
Project management skills, demonstrated leadership abilities and proactive approach;
Fluency in English;
Excellent presentation and communications skills;
Ability to work in teams;
Ability and willingness to travel.
