ISG personnel Management is looking for his client (leading worldwide producer in renewable energy sector ) for their Service Department in Romania a Scheduler.
Responsibilities and tasks
The overall target is to make an optimal grouping of Service orders and to have a high availability of material and personnel resources. As a Scheduler you have central responsibility for the working time planning based on given orders.
Especially the following tasks belong to your daily business:
- Preparation of a 3 week detailed planning (short-term planning)
- Preparation of a 52 week planning for capacity calculation (long-term planning)
- Checking of availability of needed material and personnel resources
- Grouping of Service orders and their appointment to service technicians inclusive
scheduling
- Vacation- and stand-by-planning of the service technicians, planning of needed
training & security activities
- Confirmation of the time schedule for the subcontractors
- Availability check of our tools and spare parts and the release of their transport
Qualifications and work experience
- Economic degree or similar education
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position or in the field of
project steering or logistics
- Good technical basic knowledge
- Experience in customer handling
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP-systems, ideally SAP
- Good command in written and spoken English and Romanian
- Economical thinking and behavior
- Good communication skills and ability to handle conflicts
- Very good organizational skills
