- University degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position and +5 years SAP experience
- Fluent in English
- Good technical knowledge of SAP as related to business processes
- Change management and team building skills
- Experience writing technical specifications
- Strong Written and verbal Communication Skills
- Influencing skills
- Able to work with other teams across regions and globally
- Extensive knowledge of business processes and application functionality to enable the resolution of complex problems
