A major and fast expanding international company operating in agribusiness industry is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
SAP OPENTEXT APPLICATION MANAGER
Main accountabilities of the job will cover:
* Providing a deep understanding of the invoice management business logic, processes, organization and culture;
* Working with business relationship manager and SAP BPOs to develop a medium- and long–term vision of the AP processes;
* Helping users to document processes and system’s solution adopted;
* Identify opportunities, together with SAP BPO team and BRM, for business process improvement;follow up implementation of these improvements into system configuration, considering their matching to the capabilities of SAP;
* Identifying the training needs and propose training plans per user type;
* Providing a 2nd level support to any incident link with Opentext;
* Providing the liason between the company and Opentext customer service.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
* SAP FI CO background;
* Account Payable experience;
* Experience n implementing / supporting Opentext ECM suite and extended ECM would be considered a plus;
* Ability to work independently, organized and rigorous;
* Ability to lead a small team and provide clear direction;
* Fluent in English;
* Self managing, analytic, pragmatic, flexible;
* Availability to travel 10% of the working time.
