SAP Offshore Development Manager is responsible for all SAP ABAP Development Resources for the modules MM, SD & FI/COPA located at the offshore location.
He will guide and manage the resources from a planning as well as from a technical perspective and he will ensure the team members are highly motivated.
He will work closely with the SAP Logistics & Finance development Managers to agree on the assignment for the remote team and will ensure the tasks are completed on time.
He will also be responsible for identifying and short-listing of candidates to be hired at the remote location.
Strong technical knowledge, encompassing ABAP Development and preferably SAP customizing in the modules MM/SD.
Knowledge and good understanding of non-SAP IT technology
Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
Knowledge of structured analysis, requirements gathering and formal walk-through techniques

Good knowledge of business applications (sales, inventory, financial, etc.)
