Manage the pool of remote ABAP Developers motivating them to do a high quality development work efficiently.
Agree and understand the development portfolio to be assigned to the remote team together with the SAP Development Managers (Logistics and Finance) and work with the remote Development Team to implement as agreed in a timely manner.
Develop IT resources to ensure a proper spread of ABAP technical skills as required for the Release development.
Lead the recruitment and selection activity for all open staff positions in coordination with the Director Application Services
