Ensure HR configuration (payroll, personal administration, time management), at the best cost and according to company¿s methodology
Ensure definition of functional needs in order to configure ERP solution
¿ Conduct the workshop for gathering requirements
¿ Write the blueprints in order to gather client business requirements
¿ Deliver proposals on client procedures in order to optimize proposed solution
¿ Identify gaps and escalate to project manager
Ensure the customizing of SAP HR on main components (payroll, personal administration & time management) according to company¿s methodology
¿ Customize the system in compliance with company¿s methodology
¿ Responsible for documentation of customizing
¿ Identify required data for conversion
¿ Report issues to Project Manager (timescale, configuration issues¿)
Escalate project issues to Project Manager (including scope variations, tasks slippages and risks)
Ensure maintenance of the realized customization
¿ Correct customization if discrepancy
¿ Amend customization when legal changes occur
¿ Enlarge scope to meet evolutions of client business requirements
Participate in the evolution and optimization of the model and template
¿ Ensure that customer needs, not effectively addressed within the current offering, are communicated to Product Manager
¿ Make proposals for the evolution of the template in order to improve model
Ensure end user relationship
¿ Provide end user training
¿ Write end user payroll manual
¿ Ability to prioritise tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects
¿ Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, working together to accomplish business results
¿ Consulting skills, understand business requirements and mapping to ensure consistency to company template, while minimizing risk to both client and company
¿ Client focused, demonstrate concern for meeting and exceeding imme3 years of experience as a consultant on SAP (ideally HR)
¿ Ability to configure the entire SAP Payroll for one country including the following:
- Writing of Schemas and Cycles (understanding of splits and factoring, country-specific SAP functionality)
- Time Management (Including Leave, Positive time evaluation, TMW and CATS) is a +
- Employee Self Service and Managers Self Service
- GL Interface configuration
- Payslip and Time Statement configuration
- Data uploads
- Unit testing, User acceptance testing and Parallel
