To support the fast business growth, our client, a multinational business group, is looking for an excellent candidate for the position of Customer Service Representative. He / she will be responsible with:
- Keeping a close contact with clients and sales representatives and offering them information and reports on orders, deliveries, products availability on stock and debts
- Working closely with sales, financial and logistics departments in order to solve clients¿ problems regarding product orders, submission of delivery notes, invoices and also to check on the clients¿ debts
- Applying the procedure on registering clients¿ orders and follow up on deliveries
- Working closely with the logistics department to ensure the products dispatch (transport) to clients
- Serving clients by writing, in particular situations, delivery notes, proforma and fiscal invoices
-University degree in economics
-Experience in a similar position ¿at least 1 year
-Knowledge of SAP operating system is a must
-Experience in Windows, MS Office, email
-English at conversational level is a plus
-Good communication and interpersonal abilities
