Assist the Deployment Lead in all deployment-related tasks including Imapact Analysis, Functional Designs, Assembly Testing, Data Migration, User Acceptance Testing, Cutover Execution, Post-Go-Live Support
Support business Key Users during application rollouts, working on site during the project lifecycle;
Provide functional & process knowledge of the latest application release & assist the business Key Users in identifying & specifying any localizations required
Provide ongoing training & knowledge transfer to the Key Users to enable the Key Users to become self-sufficient in the operation of the system & expert enough to train local End Users
Provide support to the Key Users for other project activities, including:
Local updates of process documentation
Data cleansing
User Acceptance Testing
Localization of end user procedures
End User training
Cut-over tasks at go-live
Post go-live support to End Users
Align closely with central solution team for functional topics
Communication/collaboration with central design team on: Core template configuration, local requests, Recommendations on future deployments, Lessons learned.
Manage and monitor localization requests to ensure proper reporting of related activities to the effected businesses.
With Local Data Migration Coordinator, select all migration requirements of the business and identify gaps regarding the migration template.
Share with the key users the migration strategy documents and support them in case of functional issues or questions
University Degree: Economics or Technical;
Experience in implementation of SAP projects: SD, MM, PS&CO, PP – min 1-2 years. Good knowledge of SAP process flows.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Good communication skills
Good training skills
Fluent in English
Understanding of Business Transformation concepts is appreciated
