Collaboration in implementation projects for SAP data archiving and SAP optical archiving.
Documentation of the implemented solution from technical and process point of view.
Creation of user manuals and training scripts.
End user support of the running solution.
Execution of data archiving jobs in alignment with all business divisions.
Analysis of customer requirements in supporting the design and implementation, testing and deployment of the solutions.
Responsible for the improvement of existing services and to the development of new services in the area of SAP Archiving.
Continuously development and know-how transfer within the team.
Follows Global Solutions guidelines and procedures
If business requires, it is possible that some other job-related responsibilities will be added by the supervisor to the above mentioned responsibilities
This position requires experience SAP Archiving
Ideally experience with the archiving system OpenText
1 to 3 years experience in SAP Archiving implementation projects or execution of SAP data archiving tasks.
Good communication skills for the interaction with the business divisions and the Finance Service Centre
Ability to perform end user trainings.
Fluent in English language
Capability to work at high quality.
