- Provides continuous business support,
- Assist clients remotely in solving their incidents with their SAP,
- Works on realizing the implementation of SAP system concerning whole company and all necessary interfaces,
- Contributes to the analysis of customer requirements in supporting the design and realizing, testing and deployment of the solutions,
- Participates in customizing and development of SAP projects,
- Is responsible for the delivery of all services concerning SAP module/s,
- Assure corrective and adaptive maintenance within the SAP Help Desk,
- Contributes to the improvement of existing services and to the development of new services,
- Reports to the Department Manager on a regular basis or whenever necessary,
- Creates the necessary documentations and user manuals.
- University degree in Computer Science/ Economics/ Engineering combined with relevant experience (minimum 1 year experience with SAP),
- Customer oriented, reliable and accountable team player,
- Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Any SAP certifications/ trainings is a plus,
- Good knowledge of English both spoken and written.
