Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.
SAP professionals design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in SAP applications process design and configuration; SAP application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and SAP application technical architecture.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing estimating, forecasting and work planning assistance
- Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities
- Assisting clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy
- Defining application entrance and exit criteria
- Being recognized as an expert on one or more application vendors/products
- Creating project deliverable templates and standards (e.g., including process standards)
- Creating complex conceptual designs, including application interfaces and interactions
- Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities
- Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities
- Planning and establishing after go-live activities including ongoing support
- Participating in recruiting activities in your geography(just for managers)
- Take part in the planning, the evaluation, the management of the project in order to plan, evaluate, manage a project for the maximum benefit of the beneficiary;
- Conduct the process in order to identify, analyze, limit the different risks linked to a project (financial, operational, juridical);
- Enhance the quality of the process, products and services;
- Determine the existing resources and the demands, deploy the resources, coordinate the provision and the externalization in order to accomplish the objectives of the enterprise.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills (managers)
- Knowledge of SAP (implementation experience with at least one of the following modules FI, MM/SRM, SD, BI, FI-CO )
- Knowledge of English and German
- Knowledge of Italian, French - advantage,not a must
- University Degree preferably technical profiles
